Imagine a blank canvas, remove the walls, re-design the space and discover the unlimited potential in your home or commercial space.

I’m Sue, the Peel region’s renovation specialist with over 10 years’ experience managing all styles of renovations from the simple to the complex. My natural flair for colour and design helps to bring your renovating dreams to life.

My 25 plus years of Project Management experience in a variety of industries is what helps me keep a client’s renovation on track throughout the process. I help homeowners, investors and business owners transform their homes, offices and investment properties into liveable, lovable spaces that you want to spend time in.
I love bringing out the best in a property and seeing my clients faces when they see their newly transformed property for the first time. I’m always looking forward to meeting my next client to see how I can bring their vision to life.

My passion for renovations started when I invested in property. I saw so many places had such great potential but needed a full renovation to transform them.

Over the years I’ve developed a great network of independent trades who all have a tireless work ethic.

These trades are picked to be part of our team because they are fully licensed, police checked, insured and have the knowledge and expertise to deliver the high standard of service that we require to get the best possible outcome for your project.

They are committed to our culture of exceptional customer service and supporting local businesses.

Maiolo Constructions Pty Ltd forms the final piece of the property transformation puzzle. Joe Maiolo (registered builder) and I are the yin & yang of property renovations. His years in construction means he’s got an amazing eye for detail. Combine this with my meticulous project management skills and you’ve got a winning team.

My scheduling is pretty legendary, clients joke that I’ll have your home reno organised, planned and be whipping the trades into shape before you’ve even had your first morning coffee!

Before you pick up the sledge hammer, (one of my favourite tools), make sure you do your homework first. If you’re unsure, then send me a message and ask the question. I’d be happy to help. I would rather you asked and got it right, than fumble your way through and not be happy with the end result.

Remember, renovations are a costly exercise, so you want to make sure they are done right the first time.

With the amount of renovation shows on TV at the moment, I feel there is a need to educate property owners to the realities of renovations, so they are not swept up in the hype. To do this, I am in the planning stages of producing a renovation program, so stay tuned…

I’m an advocate for the ‘local supporting local’ ideal that ensures we work with businesses within the local region. I’ve recently become a volunteer with the local bush fire brigade where we live, so that I can give something back to the community that I love so much.
